DESCRIPTION:

The St. Francis Divine College is location from No. 12 St. Dominic, Quirino Highway, Novaliches, Quezon City.
It was established in 1978 under the headship of Dra. Milagros B. Palacio.
It has a three level learning institution (Kindergarden, Elementary, High School) with College courses offering Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Two year Midwifery and Alternative Medicine.
The Alternative Medicine Course offers a Six Month Certificate Training Program. AMAC- SFDC is the alumni group of St. Francis Divine College Department of Alternative Medicine located in Novaliches, Quezon City.
It was the late Dr. Ruben M. Galang Jr. who conceptualized the curriculum of a One Year Diploma in Alternative Medicine Course. He also became one of the deans of this department. With his vision and mission to progress the education of Complementary Medicine in the Philippines, all alumni were encouraged to continue what he had started.
Under the leadership of Prof. Jesus Arnel Belenzo the Alternative Medicine course became six month training program. This course is a continuous health care education under the stewardship of St. Francis Divine College - AltMed. Department C.E.P. (Continuing Education for Professional Program). This certificate program is for the professionals who are inclined in healthcare work and appreciate the natural healing processes of different kinds of ailments. Thus, it is an ideal to participants who wanted to learn Complementary Medicine.
We are here to support our Alma Mater and share our time and expertise for the betterment of the alumni.

These are some of our TESDA Accredited Courses for Alternative Health Care:

  1. Massage Therapy NC II – Recognition No. under process
  2. Hilot Wellness NC II – Recognition No. under process
Under the stewardship of St. Francis Divine College – Alternative Medicine Department, C.E.P. (Continuing Education for Professional Program), these are the Non-CHED / Non-TESDA training courses for the continuous health care education.

  1. Alternative Medicine: A 6 months certificate course for the professionals who are inclined in healthcare work and appreciate the natural healing processes of different kinds of ailments.
  2. Shiatsu Therapy: A 30 hour training module for students who wish to upgrade their techniques in the workplace.
  3. Basic Crystal Healing: A 24 hour training module in which a form of energy therapy that draws out negative energy in the body whether it is physical, mental and emotional.
  4. Pediatric Massage: A 16 hour training module for parents and health professionals who has the ability to enhance their knowledge in touch therapy (TLC-tender loving care) for their children’s need.

COURSES FEE:

  1. For our Alternative Medicine Certificate Program, the tuition fee is Php 28,000. If cash, there will be 10% discount.
  2. However, we have also installment plan of Php 5,000 down payment, then the monthly fee of P3,833.35 for 6 monthly payments.
